Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your service time may be shortened to avoid interrupting the next guest's ritual.

Health & Safety: For the safety of our community, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to refuse service if a technician determines that a service would be unsafe for the guest's nail or skin health.

Service Satisfaction: We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.
